Dominique Wardlow, Maribel, Mike LaVenco Poor service, horrible billing, extortion Ripoff

On 8/4 my service was terminated by Waste Management without any type of notice. One day my trash was picked up, the next time it wasn't. To make a long story short, they stopped service for non-payment of the January bill (which I had not received). After spending a day on the phone to get the $25 and $8 reinstatement fee waived due to their horrible billing policy, I paid the remainder of my bill. Service resumed at the next pick-up and has worked fine until last Wednesday. My garbage was not picked up again. Another day of phone calls came to the result of termination of service because the $25 and $8 was not paid. This was extortion. According to the corporate office of WM, the $25 and $8 was to be removed from my account.

Dominique Wardlow, Conroe Customer Service Supervisor, confirmed that this was to be waived. She did not do her job.

They once again terminated my service. We have had to pay the $25 and $8 just to get my garbage picked up. This is extortion by the Waste Management Company.

I called back to find out about getting a termination notification. Janice said a "friendly reminder" was mailed. I said I had not received anything because I am supposed to be on the e-mail billing. So again, their billing procedure does not work.

So they have horrible billing policy, lack of customer service, do not follow-up on agreed items, and do not seem to care. Maribell at the Conroe office is an absolute snit regarding my account. Both she and Janice confirm that the account was not sent a termination notice but the truck did get a reinstatement notice. Whoopee.

The problem is, they are the only game in town. None of the people in charge work hours accessable to other working customers.

If you have stock in this company, sell it. Bad management seems to run rampant.
