All Poor Ratings - Trash Pick up

I see all poor ratings for Waste Management! No wonder, their customer service is not existent! I tried calling three times yesterday and once today. Each time I waited between 10 and 20 minutes before my call was answered! My husband's name is on the account and I called to have additional garbage removed. They were glad to let me add the extra charges of $50 without my name on the account. When I called to let them know that the extra pick up had not been done at the time of our regularly scheduled pick up as promised, they would not talk to me because my name was not on the account! I'm looking for another garbage pick up in the area. Too bad about a contract. Let them try to collect. Our credit ratings are pristine and it wouldn't make a dent...
