Poor Service review

Today I wake up to here that they will not pick up my garbage because my account was past due by $13.00, are you kidding me! I've had to deal with garbage all over my street and driveway, refuse to pick up extra bag, extra bag just thrown in the bushes, driver on cell phone backing down a narrow alley. I feel this monopoly on the NW needs to stop. If you have a pick up, just be easier to load up a trailer full and take it in your self.
