Very hard to come back needless or undesirable products. You have to obtain a return authorization amount, but to obtain that number I've named 3 times and sent once. I've been about the telephone on-hold for over one hour whole. I've waited for three months for that mail. Anna is unprofessional, unfavorable, and appears to utilize "please maintain" as a means to cause you to simply disappear. There's A - 25% restocking charge, also it appears like I simply obtain a credit harmony using the company rather than return. I am looking for out about this today, but obtaining a solution is getting... An excessive amount of my life.
