I requested a "free trial offer" of the skincare solution on 7/9/09. Just needed to spend. 99 shipping. Never rec'd the merchandise and on 7/23/09 I acquired billed 87.13 for however item used to do not obtain.

On 7/29/09 I named 877-545-2129 payment department and was informed that my consideration had been terminated as well as in 3 business days I'd obtain a contact in the Discounts Department regarding running my reimbursement.

On 8/10/09 I named exactly the same quantity plus they explained that I never must have been informed I Would get a contact within three times. I'd be obtaining a contact however they couldn't verify just how long it'd consider. I had been not allowed to talk to a and stated they did not wish to provide me "false wish" regarding after I might notice about my reimbursement.

On 8/19/09 I named exactly the same quantity, talked with Michelle Parker identification A-278 and he or she explained that I can't get a reimbursement till I get the item first, obtain a return authorization number and deliver the merchandise back!!! She offered me the RA range, stated she was following-up using the delivery division simply because they had my incorrect handle and that I must obtain the item in 3-5 business days. SUBSEQUENTLY I really could feel the procedure for obtaining a RA amount to come back the merchandise BUT STILL watch for my reimbursement!!
