On Jan 11 my telephone froze up and wouldn't function. It had been 3 months old. I called AMPLIFIER'D customer support. After being on-hold for over an hour or so I finally got through. They explained they could be delivering me a brand new telephone and that I might obtain it in three to five times. On Jan-19 the telephone however hadn't appeared and so I attempted their online talk. I had been 96th within the line and waited for one hour before I shifted up-to 85th. And so I named and after awaiting 45 units on-hold, I had been informed the telephone was on back-order but could be sent in two days and that I might obtain it in three to five times. On January 24 I called back plus they stated the telephone have been delivered. Once more the telephone never came. And so I named again on Feb 3rd, I acquired a chaotic indication for over one hour. I tried the internet talk but discovered I had been 106 within the line after an hour or so I had been nevertheless 102. I extended to contact aswell and lastly spoken to some customer support representative. I had been informed that the telephones had only appeared and he'd a notice from top administration to inform callers we'd be getting them on Friday the fifth. On Feb 7th I called back and that I was informed the telephone was still on back-order.

I've finally recognized that their customer support would be to let you know what-ever they believe you wish to notice to obtain you off the telephone. I had been out and out lied to repeatedly again. I still don't possess a telephone and its own been nearly per month. I've invested more then 15 hours about the telephone or awaiting their online talk. It has to become their corporate lifestyle, and that I wish it provides down thier organization simply because they handle their clients with complete contempt.
