Charges for FREE AVG Product

I purchased a 3 year subscription to AVG through HelpMeDownload. What I got was the FREE AVG product yet paid $71.70 for a three year subscription. Making matters worse, I constantly have to contact HelpMeDownload and they give me a "new" license number. This company is a rip off... Charging for FREE products. Save your money and visit AVG direct and download the REAL AVG. Oh yeah, you'll get emails from HelpMeDownload asking you to contact them so they can resolve the problem. The problem is they have $71.70 that they ripped from my checking account for absolutely NOTHING.
