Horrible Experience

Our spouse requested plants from JUSTFLOWERS.com months ahead of time to become sent to me on Valentine's Day. The blossoms never came. Noone in the organization actually named him or me, the receiver, plus they had figures for both. For three times we attempted to obtain to the client support point simply to pay attention to a saving having said that "because of the vacation and high-volume of calls, you'll have to call-back or deliver us a contact together with your customer support criticism, " after which it'd hang-up on-US. We extended to ask the time and delivered a contact. Lastly, three times later I had been ready to obtain to a consultant simply to be informed the blossoms were shipped. THESE WERE NOT, so when I protested, she stated she'd need to contact the neighborhood florist who had been designed to provide it the next day and obtain back around. She declined to return the ~$65 they charged to his charge card. After studying several grievances, this appears to be a routine with this specific organization, & we still haven't gotten a return. I strongly urge you don't use the corporation!
