I tried to book a ticket from them, but I never received any confirmation on the booking

I attempted to guide a solution from their store, but I never obtained any verification about the scheduling. I've attempted to obtain in touch with them many times the final two times on telephone and email, however it appears difficult to obtain a store of these. Today I am only genuinely disappointed and have no idea easily got a solution or not. I simply would like to get a solution from another organization, but I can not afford to possess onetravel on my back requiring cash from the scheduling I never obtained any verification on. Do I've any rights below?
