Just like everyone. I eas provided a catastrophe Help package $4.95

Turned up. Got my bank record and 104.95 was removed from my bill. Phone and got rude customer support representative stated no refunds. I also provide sent emails. We are able to contact them using the # on my bank statement 877-231-2803. I'm on sick leave and wouldn't approve an item that's not really worth $ 4.95.
