I did not authorize or know about the bill till I found it on my on-line bank statement

I'd a difference having an automated statement I obtained from ccbill.com. Used to do not approve or learn about the bill until I came across it on my on line bank statement. I did so encourage them to provide me a refund but I waited over a time before they decided to provide me a return.
