Compass Bank destroyed my online bill-pay "in error." Although these were those that removed all my info without my permission... They might not discover a way to displace it.

Compass Bank was reluctant to deliver characters towards the businesses detailing the mistake and also to take responsibility. Compass Bank informed me that I'd to re enter all of the info to obtain the machine back-up of course if I needed Compass Bank to pay for all my late charges (because of their error actually) I'd need to contact each organization, make certain each company directs a notice displaying the charge after which they'd pay me.

Compass Bank wouldn't actually deliver me a notice detailing the error the financial institution created declaring "they do not do this."

So that they removed my online bill-pay randomly for no cause, wouldn't repair it, wouldn't take accountability and wouldn't provide me-any individual like a contact stage or permit any mail conversation.

Could you imagine getting up as well as your online bill-pay is destroyed??? Be careful should you bank with Compass Bank - it may occur and they'll NOT assist you to repair their error. Terrible.
