I decided to spend $3.95 to get a trial of Natra Real Herbal Colon Cleaning product and Acai Berries item. Discovered later I had been lied to concerning the real test interval, discovering deceptive prices on my charge card that used to do not approve. Facing customer support representative about costs they mentioned 2 of the costs weren't theirs and also the additional they stated was from their store but wouldn't be corrected since I didn't adhere to the test period. I had been provided until 8/11/09 to contact to stop my consideration with no further costs compared to $3.95. Upon calling to stop on 8/11 support representative declined to I would like to obtain a term in edgewise and that I needed to really become rude to obtain her to shut-up and pay attention to my request termination. She began speaking over me again and my partner got the telephone and confronted her with calling an attorney if she'd not stop. She mentioned it had been terminated but declined to change the cost they'd created on my card declaring that she couldn't support I had been misinformed concerning the test period. I approached my charge card provider and was informed by them that 3 costs descends from Natra Real even though payment titles on my declaration for every cost were distinct. I had been provided the toll free #is linked to the additional 2 costs that Natra Real stated weren't theirs and equally ph #s were phony. I'm currently dealing with the scam department of my charge card provider to obtain this fixed. I truly don't understand if Natra Real terminated my bill together because they didn't provide me-any verification # linked to the termination and declined to deliver me mail confirming it had been completed.
