Abysmal customer service

After my preliminary month of wireless broadband support I had been to provide a PowerPoint presentation. As it happens the instant support was disconnected because of "non payment" on my bill. I'd never gotten a statement. After I approached the shop and also the "customer support" middle they advised me they don't send expenses.
