Rude!

We'd requested product from their store previously and had not a problem using the item, We didn't purchase anymore and informed them to consider us off their phone record. They proceeded to contact atleast 10-15 more occasions and each time my spouse and that I told them to place us on the don't contact record. Nowadays, 10/29, once they named AGAIN, and that I stated that I needed them to consider our title off their phone record simply because they had named us atleast 10 occasions, the support representative stated "could it be 10 times or 15?" Clearly it'd been mentioned what I'd stated last moment they named. I don't enjoy the sarcasm or their rejection to consider us off their phone record.
