Really rude customer support representative DECLINED to provide me a return authorization amount and so I might return my item that included a complete return promise for almost any cause. She didn't provide her title, wouldn't I would like to keep in touch with her boss. I named 3 times and he or she was alone that responded the telephone. I've never undergone this sort of misuse from the company representative. I'll NEVER buy something from WordSmart and certainly will inform everybody I can't to both.
