We were soliceted online by q/t discuss their wonderful telephone support with endless long-distance in the united states, 1-800 #. All we'd to complete is purchase their telephone gear which took forever to make the journey to us, several telephone calls & several lies by their people. As we got the telephones they didn't are mentioned. We called them (qttalk) & they informed us they'd possess a techy. Contact us which never occurred. After 5 weeks of these getting our cash & providing us no fulfillment we informed them-they could be getting their gear back. They gave us an address to deliver the gear back again to & stated we'd obtain a complete refund. 3 more weeks later & they currently state they'll need to examine whilst the people we've been coping with no further use them. After they examine they'll deliver us just the cash we taken care of the gear that will be method significantly less than the regular costs we settled despite the fact that we never had support. They state that all regular costs begin whenever you obtain their gear and proceed before you cancell but aren't refundable. EXCELLENT FRAUD, if you should be Canadian you cant battle this & they understand this.
