Had internet service with Hughesnet for several months, participating in a govt program that enabled us to bypass a "contract" for a certain period of time (often 2 years) we were moving in Febuary of this year, called to cancel, they charged us for the entire month, but promised to send us a shipping box for the equipment return so we would not have to pay for the equipment. Needless to say, after about 10 calls to Hughesnet, we still have not received our box for equipment return, we are now receiving bills for the equipment and letters threatening to discontinue our service. There is no address that I can find to even send the equipment back to them. Got to be a racket and does anybody there speak and understand ENGLISH???
