6/22 I called Techhelp, which is one of Windstream sources. He found I had

Purchased their services for 12.99 on
Friday 7/8, than in error another one
was added Monday 7/11. These double
charges have gone on for 11months. With a
cost of $155.88 that I did not order No

Refund, even though I have been with them
for 10 year, Because the general info

States errors SHOULD be caught in 20days
It does not say WILL, MUST or SHALL, BUT
SHOULD. They know they get away with this
because no other service is available in
this area.
