I'm a former N&E-Communications telephone client in Pennsylvania. N&E was purchased by Windstream this past year.

I've been attempting to interface my telephone number from Windstream to Vonage for more than 40 times. Windstream continues to be rude, elusive and only simple mean about this about the telephone and by mail. I've a sense that the order hasbeen provided in the top-down to misuse clients so much they simply quit attempting to interface. I'll not quit. I've submitted stories towards the FCC, paoca.org, the attorney-general's workplace, and also the BBB. Has anybody available had this issue and had it ultimately solved?
