Charged for two Techhelp @$12.99 in error should have been only one, for 11
or 12 months addational $155.88. Have
been Windstream for 10 years, does'nt
matter no refund, because I SHOULD have
let them know in 20 day's. SHOULD, not
WILL, MUST, or SHALL., but SHOULD.
