Dishonest Att - ATT DSL Service

Signed up for ATT DSL internet. Didn't like it. Changed to COMCAST. Like it a lot.
Called ATT to cancel service. Told had a contract for 12 months and would have to pay the bill. Told At end of 12 months they would remove the charge from bill. Well low and behold that was just a lie. Called again and told they would only cut off effective today. Woldn't let speak to a supervisor—none available. I want them to live up to what I was told and refund all charges past the 12 month period. Agent said they Can't correct the bill to reflect the 12 month period.

Beware of ATT.

They have been very dishonest and very Greedy and very oppresive.
