Sprint lied about contract

Run explained that my instant link devise must be improved and delivered me a brand new develop. I expected them if my agreement (currently more than 2 yrs old) would stay exactly the same plus they responded me written down that it'd. I subsequently got a statement stating the "Run had transformed my support strategy" and was charged for an overage greater than $300.00. I had been educated the strategy I'd was no further being provided. Because my plan was expanded using the fresh develop, and that I had managed to get clear (written down) that I'd not take another strategy, I actually donot believe I ought to be kept towards the agreement. I've been looking to get this right however they just wish to keep in touch with me about the telephone. I'll not speak about the telephone, I'd like a solution written down. Possibly maintain my previous strategy or stop the program at free. I've created them many characters and delivered copies of the characters from their website. However no solution. They emailed me that their response to me via email had an error within the tackle and was delivered.
