The termination submitted on June 22 about the consideration.in the place of $200.00 termination charge I kept getting regular costs.

I and my boy whose title is about the consideration, attempted calling in July, June to verify the termination, subsequently in June, then on 10/17/06.

The program expires on 11/28/06.

After I tried to clear the problem with Customer Support I'd to describe scenario to four (4) various people and invested 1-hour of my period ($50.00hr).

After five weeks (services not utilized) of failed efforts Nextel telling spend $200.00 once the strategy ends in one single month, plus-five months of not used strategy providers.

Nextel customer support attempting to warrant this as "No demand to stop on report" when the truth is all of the changing times I named, they'd persuade me the demand has been prepared.

That Is undoubtedly among the most unsatisfying experiences. My loved ones absolutely wouldn't suggest the providers to anyone we all know and WOn't be Nextel client again.

I really think that Nextel intentionally delayed the termination of the consideration getting regular charge up to and including last month of plan termination and cost the charge about the last month of 2-year strategy.

I'm that NEXTEL is responsible of misleading business methods.

I also think they're in breach of the CTIA Customer Signal for Instant Providers which they're a signatory to.
