Unable to shut service down!

I've attempted repeatedly to contact to turn off my support and also the program through the telephone point and also the site doesn't actually provide it being an alternative. I watch for hours to obtain however to some individual who merely claims they'll move me towards the correct division after which placed on store all night again. I believe they'll not keep in touch with people behind about the statement? I've a City Computers today and need to prevent the payment and support for Sprint Nextel. Does anybody understand how I will get it done? I've attempted many telephone numbers I came across but never get everywhere. I actually donot need this statement to carry on - it's been stop for like 2 weeks but I believe the statement keeps growing
