I'm getting charged from Run for 792 texts (@. 20 each) in addition to the 500 which are section of our strategy. I'm requesting Run to supply me having a comprehensive report on the written text messages (simply the days and occasions) customer support informs me they CAn't. I understand additional telephone firms deliver reveal statement to clients - Run needs us simply to spend the statement and confidence that their documents are appropriate. I will supply conversation program detail about my discussions with customer support where they claim they CAn't give depth. I've requested them to advance plus they disregard the demand. I don't know how a telephone business may bill you-but not offer evidence.
