Chat agent Abraham R shows that he cares nothing about Dell or their customers

Almost everytime I call Dell or log on to chat with one of their customer service associates something bad happens, but this was the worst experience I've had with them yet. I was chating with service agent Abraham R to do some research on a replacement part. Right out of the box Abraham starts asking me for my payment before he can even give me the price of the item or even tell me if they have it or not. He was extremely rude durring the entire conversation. I don't have a lot of time to watse listing all of the things he did wrong, so let me make it short and sweet. He didn't care about me at all. All he wanted was my money. When I didn't give him my payment information he got a massive attitude with me, then he asked if I would like to talk to manager ever I objected to his treatment of me as if the managers at Dell were going to back his awful service and rude behavior up. I wish I could talk to Michael Dell himself and tell him all about Abraham R's service and some of the other experiences I have had with Dell. I bet Michael would not be as amused as the customer service team at Dell seems to be. I should write a letter to Michael Dell telling him all about the experiences I've had with his customer service department, but I don't have anytime to watse on people like Abraham R. I e-mailed his bosses and filled out the feedback survery after the chat, so hopefully he gets disiplined.
