Dell Customer Service fraud review

Purchased a Dell 968 AIO Printerin December with an extra color ink cartridge. Opened package March 15. Called customer service, was denied an exchange. Rep said they dry up and should be used within 18 months of purchase and that the warranty period is 2 years. Nowhere am I able to find this information regarding shelf life of Dell Iink cartridges. Their reps have called and all they say is that they cannot exchange the product. Failure to advise customers of this is FRAUD. We are not new to Dell and I will NEVER purchase another of their products if they don't make this right. We have 3 Dell laptops and 1 Dell desktop computer as well as the printer. Customer loyalty seems not to matter to them.in addition, length of time on calls is ridiculously long even when doing online chat.
