Computer refused customer service

I have had a Dell Dimension computer for three years now. I am trying to convert my LPs to CDs. I need to know whether my CD-R unit installed can record 90 minute CDs. Dell refused to even allow me to ask my question. They said my Service Tag was recorded outside of the U.S. My computer was purchased and delivered in California.

Dell has the world's most rotten customer service and anyone who buys a Dell deserves what they will get!!! Business Week got it right earlier this year when they reported that Dell had the worst customer service of any company in the United States.
