World Gift Center Failed to ship for more than a month then charged me even after I cancelled order!

I placed an order for one of their products. A month later they still hadn't shipped it, so I found another supplier and notified them I was cancelling my original order.

As soon as I cancelled - they shipped the order, then refused to take it back. Eventually they took it back - but didn't refund the shipping or cost of the merchandise!!! After threatening action, they refunded part of the merchandise cost, but still charged me shipping.

I recommend you avoid this online store!!!
