There is not enough space on the GOOGLES hard drive to explain the horrific experience of dealing with 3r world tech support like the cheap ass garbage company HP is. When you see videos of the US military using M16 to destroy their equipment that almost describes how we feel. Personally I would like to see one of their entire tech support unplugged. Pakistani 4 cents and hour tech support. A total joke. We bought a brand new computer it was 20 minutes old. We called in and some woman with an heavy accent. Dat is advancteed tegnical support you will hav doo pay for dat. All it was... Windows email program that came loaded with the machine. WIndows and HP make a great team. Total garbage. WERE buying a mac tomorrow and if anyone from Mac is reading this please call us and we will volunteer and be in your commercial. You need not pay us anything. Absolutely laughable. And the funniest part? While your on hold for 23 mintues after theres an American woman commercial on hold telling you that HP has won awards for their tech support!!?! Lmfao!!! Must be for pay toilets cause it sure isnt computers. We are so pissed we made 7 attempts to reach someone. No manager works there and they do everything in their power to do nothing. HP tech support. Oh your compuder is not working. Uninstall the entire windows program and reinstall it. Dis should work. No matter what your problem is just uninstall and reinstall. This is all they know. To anyone out there reading this. You would have to be complete fool to buy any hp product. Were done. This machine is not worth sh_t even if it was free i would take this back. Hp you suck and i hope you go out of business. 3rd world county support total idiots. Unskilled rude like being in a bad dream calling for help. Go to h_ll hp. Let this post follow the others and give your the rich content for top negative search priority. Its time someone post a facebook page on this company there so bad. Someone should film a video of a call and log into youtube. Not even Bell could do this kind of customer damage. No one will ever complain about BELL again after one call to HP. A world example of how not to treat a customer, how to make terrible products and how to rip someone off. Sure glad we kept our bill.
