I keep losing my Internet service. My phone is connected to my Internet service. I called for service and explained that when I lose the Internet I also lose my phone. I gave them a cell phone number to call if they couldn't get my on my home phone. They scheduled an appt. Between 11:00am and 2:00pm. Of course the tech called my home phone and when he couldn't get through, he didn't bother to call my cell phone so I waited all day for them and they never showed.

After the holidays I am dropping Comcast and going with another provider.
