Lied about price

I called Dell to purchase a GPS, I got a sales associate on the phone, picked out the model I wanted, and informed him I had a Dell coupon that was for 30% off a GPS. He confirmed the coupon was good and gave me my total.
I then began to finalize the purchase with CC number. Half way into giving him the credit card number, the phone goes completely dead, no one there... So I wait to see if I will get a call back as Dell usually does this if you are somehow disconnected... After 5 minutes and not a call back I phoned Dell back, explained I was in the middle of a transaction and was cut off, the salesperson asked me my name to look up what I was purchasing saying if you spoke to someone then it should be still in the system... Well, the sales person could not find my previous call for some reason so he suggested I re-order with him, ok fine... I did the exact same thing with this salesperson, only difference is he would not accept the coupon, telling me its for the first 2000 customers to use it... Which it does say, but not 5 minutes ago I was 4 digits away from completing the purchase and was mysteriously cut off, the salesperson basically called me a liar, saying he had no recorded of my call.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold, 15 minutes later the same salesperson comes back on the line said the supervisor was busy but he will say the same thing im telling you. This guy was beyond a asshole, with his shitty attitude, so I hung up and called back and got a supervisor so told me he couldn't honor the coupon because the system won't let him (yeah right) and he has no idea why my first call was not recorded in their system but he suspects the first salesperson I spoke to hung up on me because he realized I couldn't use the coupon as he first said I could and just hung up on me.
The supervisor was very friendly but unable to help me out as regards to the price I was quoted by first salesperson.
In the end, Dell has lost me as a customer forever, its a real shame too because we are talking about a difference of 30.00, but its the 2nd sales clerk that hot me so damn pissed off about it... So condescending about the whole thing, like tough shit, your not getting the price the first person quoted you, anyway, im not quite sure how I lost the price for this GPS in a matter of a few minuites, unless they never had the intention of selling it to me for that price in the first place, Dell you suck, im not going to beg to spend my money with you, I found same GPS cheaper on the net anyway, JERKS!
