Myfamily.com, Rootsweb.com rip-off not a trial subscription

Their trial subscription isn't a trial subscription, it's a way to get your credit card and start charging you on a monthly basis, they're representitives are obviously on an incentive scheme that requires them to ignore when you cancel a subscription and they aparently have no quality control over it and according to the second representitive i spoke with they have no supervision on weekends at all.

Apparently, the corporate mantra is you have an annual subscription and will be charged until the end of the year there's nothing else i can do for you so i'm going to disconnect the call.
