Scam / dont do it

I ordered a computer and also to receive an mp3 player and a gprs. I had to pay 99.00 to process and then 79.00 every two weeks. Everytime I call them since 1/08 they give excuses as to why I haven't received anything yet. I supposibly talked to a supr. And stated several different times that Dell is backed up with orders. Putting the blame on Dell then turned around and told me 3 months after my first "expected delivery date" that because of a moment in my anger i mentioned i had gotten an eviction notice (nothing to do with money, miscommunication with landlord) they are now using that as a reason not to send me my computer until my whole balance is paid. I dont believe they have any intentions to send me my computer or anything else for that matter. I did get the mp3 player back in april. Piece of junk didnt work they said they would send me another one and to throw away the one i have. They have not sent anything. Scam
