CEC Solutions - GCF - Guaranteed Guaranteed Consumer Funding is a SCAM, and unfortunatly I fell for it

I put in my order for a brand new Dell Computer system over the phone with these people. That was almost 6 months ago, I've been having money being taken out of my account for this "computer" for that long. I finally gave up waiting and decided to call them myself and ask where my equipment was. The response I got was that I had to wait an additional 8 to 12 weeks for them to ship it... My only thought was "are they walking the damn thing to me?". So I wait, and wait, aaaaand wait the 12 weeks Minimum. Guess what... No computer, no MP3 player, no camcorder... So I call again after another week. They tell me that the shipment has been sent out late and tack on another month worth of waiting for good measure, I'm pissed at this point (all the while their still taking money out for this non-exsitent computer). So I wait the extra month and my EDD rolls around, and wouldnt you know it... No computer. So I give them a call about another week later, and they tell me that they would get back to me a few days later with Tracking info (which I am now demanding at this point). Another week rolls by with no phone call... (hoo boy I'm friggin livid at this point), So I call again, and now they tell me that someone will get to me at about 7:00 tonight when they stop taking incoming calls, mind you they clos their phones down at 6:00PM so if they dont call I'll have to wait yet another day for the information I need.

Any help on this one from anybody would be greatly appreciated.
