I dont have proof but i think dell is f;ing around with my computer so that i can purchase a new one. They took over my computer and downloaded their system mechanics professional on it so i can stop having problems. It didnt work so they turned it off from their side. Now if i purchased anti virus from them why didnt they send the software to me? They have control of it so they can give me protection or take it away. Im confused.
