Defective computer replacement still not delivered after a month

The worst company I have ever dealt with! They sent me a computer that I ordered and it didn't work... Wants to send me a replacement. Great. Well its been a month now. No computer no refund and total run around still don't know when they are getting it out. I'm so pissed. Don't use Dell save yourself the headache... They don't give a shit believe me I know and yes I'm still waiting to see if I ever get me computer 30days and counting.
