Customer Service non-existant - desktop compute

I was trying to upgrade to Windows 7 and called Dell for help since I spent over $1000 on a Dell computer just a year ago. No help... Unless I wanted to pay over $200 for a software contract of some sort. No way would I do that just to get a few questions answered. They could have helped me in just a few minutes but NO... NO HELP at all.

I will never buy another Dell computer or any Dell product.
