Robbing people with unathurized withdraws

I checked my bank account to find $30.90 auomatically taken. I called AOL to only talk to someone in India that could not speak the English language very well. I had to keep repeating myself. Very upsetting.

I do not, will not ever want AOL on my pc. AOL does damage to your computer. I had to flatline my daughters computer to get AOL out of her system.

I signed up for free trial over one year ago. Then cancelled after trying it on my own computer. I did not like the service so cancelled the service but they allowed me to keep my screen name. Then I flatlined my computer as well.

I have had roadrunner for over 6 months to see that this subsidairy company of Time Warner has taken money form my account that will cause me great financial difficulties.

Now they tell me they need their investigators to investigate and will refund my money in 2 weeks. That is unreasonable to accept a two week return of my money.

I called Time Warner who is a parent of AOL and they reconnected me with AOL in another country other than India. Goodness can't these companies keep United States business within our own country!
