Rip-off of initial 99.00 fee... Never producing anything after over 3 weeks

Just before the first of April my wife called BlueHippo to order a lap-top computer. She verbally agreed to the contract expecting that everything was on the up and up. She also agreed to a $99.00 withdraw from her bank account and weekly withdrawls thereafter for a year. Most companies as soon as they remove the money from an account ship the merchandise. NOT THEM! The money was removed on the fourth of April... On the eighth I called Customer Service wondering where the computer was, because USPS guarantees 3 day delivery ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES! They told me that they were sending me a form in the mail that day that I had to sign and return it and they would send me the computer at that time-a week later I had not received that form and called again... They had told me the form was returned to them UNDELIVERABLE. Why, was my question for they had the correct mailing address? They couldn't tell me, but assured me that another form was in the mail.

A week later I had STILL not received anything in the mail so I called and cancelled and requested a refund of the amount they had removed from my wifes bank account. They had told me that they would honor the cancellation but they don't not give cash refunds... What? They provided me with NOTHING! What service? What product? Nothing! how can they justify that? An In-Store Credit? Are you serious? Even after cancelling my order they assured me that the necessary form was on it's way if I'd just sit tight and wait... NO! Guess what? There is NO WAY they could have STOPPED the mail... Or the delivery of the supposed FORM...

I still today have yet to receive ANYTHING in the form of correspondence from BLueHippo. Nothing. Zilch... Nada! So... Rocket science it's not...

and another thing... Not that I'm a prejudice person... But it's awful coincidental that EACH AND EVERY PERSON THAT I TALK TO WHEN I CALL... Which has been over 10 times... Is a person that has an arabic accent? How funny is that?
