Dazed and confused, Time Warner Cable lets another customer down

Should you be a custimer of Time Warner and you have trouble with your internet, (High speed) plan on working on it for hours. I've had the misfortune of losing power a few times due to weather and other technical reasons. If this happens to you, you will have to call a support number somewhere on the other side of the world (India or the Phillipines). If you get to someone you can understand plan on going back and fourth on the phone, ducking down to your computer modem, flipping switches, changing around wires, going into the DOS system of your computer and the control panel in Microsoft Windows. Then if it seems close, hanging-up, calling back or wait to be called back... Confused??? Welcome to TIME WARNER ROADRUNNER service!!
