No home service for the past six months after I was billed for it and no one could cancel the earty termination contract without charging me a fee

For the past six months I have been trying to get incoming service on my home phone. I was asked to take the bundle service package, charged for it and it never worked. I called earthlink support over 100 times in the last six months, was transferred, bounced all over tech after tech and nothing. Finally today I got fed up and went to sever all ties and was told I would be charged an earty termination fee for service that never worked in the first place. This is fraud in my book.
