Earthlink, people Pc ripoff, fraud, dishonest, unfriendly, not very bright

I tried earthlink for awhile. Maybe 10% of the time it worked i thought my comp was broke it was there connection it was down earthlink did not tell me till like 10 calls trying to fix my connection. I finally took it to the shop it was so messed up from all the differnt stuff earthlink had me try. When i finally figured out it was there service and not my comp. They took payments out a few more times and more than what the bill was. It stopped for two months then they took out 3 times the amount of the bill and it took 6 weeks to get it back.

Earthlink new all that time that there service was down on most of the east coast at the time and they kept trying differnt stuff to get me connected knowing i couldnt connect "earthlink was broke what the hell is that, earthlink was broke? There system was down." ok now people pc sent me a disc to try there service for 1/2 price for three months well i tried it, now my comp. Is acting crazy nothing wants to come up anymore, a script error keeps coming up.

It sucks there service is bad for my comp. And i dont even know how to contact them to cancel my service. I found a little local service that works well for me they even fixed my comp for free after earthlink screwed me over and messed my comp. Its true what they say "you get what you pay for" (ROR REDACTED NAME OF COMPETITOR) is the best internet service i ever had, i can understand them when they talk, they are very friendly, someone always takes your call. I will stick with them for good.
