People pc, sprint we screw u long time

Beware of earthlink, I recommed you stay far far away from earthlink for your internet provider for the reasons as follows... The internet service they provide is very poor, meaning interuppted service, unbelievably long wait time for technical support, my phone has gone dead on several occasions waiting to talk to "mike" the tech support guy. Unacessable email and all around THE WORST internet service "provider" of all that I have delt with before. On top of, when I called to cancel my service with them, they continued to charge my credit card for FOUR MORE MONTHS. I finally had to report my credit card lost or stolen. I called to cancel AGAIN "mike" gave me a cancelation number after he put me on hold and told me I owed them money for the four months I "said I cancelled" and that I would owe an additional $149.00 for early termination fee. He said he would e-mail my cancellation number to my new email address "if I had one" of course he did not. Once you get started with earthlink they will not let you cancel, unbelievable! How can they get away with this? Upon stumbling across this website I found MANY complaints against this very shady company, why am I not surprised...
