Order instock book on 12/10/06. Credit card charged on 12/12/06. Web site stated the order shipped, but no tracking number. Placed several phone call and email that were ignored. They responded on 12/18/06 to say the order could not ship and refund would be issued in 2 days. Refund never received. Web site still states item shipped. I will have to dispute the charge.

Never buy from Movieswithasmile or movies with a smile (whatever their name is).
