Fraudluent Advertising, Billing Rip Off, Makes Me Frown

This company showed the dvd set; Your Baby Can Read, as in stock. I placed an order and after about three weeks inquired as to why I had not received my shipment (it was posted to my charge card). I was advised that it was not in stock and they offered to expedite shipping at no additional cost.

For the next three weeks the website showed the item as "arriving this week". The charge remained on my card. As it was now due for remittance and I still had no dvd's (I'd ordered two complete sets) I again inquired as to when I would get my delivery. A few days later I noted that the item again appeared as in stock.

When I went to review my order I saw that it stated refund issued. I assumed this was done as charges prior to shipment are against the policy of the charge I had used. I specifically wrote to make sure that my order remained and received a response that packaging was being done leading me to believe that my order was being shipped. It might be good to note that from the time I'd placed my order they had increased the cost of that particular dvd set.

When it still did not arrive I inquired and now received an e-mail stating that I had cancelled the order. This is entirely untrue and if asked I know they cannot show any cause for having "cancelled my order".

This is just a shoddy attempt to have me re-order at a higher cost and also not expedite shipping. These sets were to have been a gift for my precious grandchildren and websites such as this should be barred from doing business.
