After 5 months of waiting for a DVD set the company refuses to credit my credit card

I placed an order for a few DVD sets in November. I received some of them in poorly packaged envelopes. After two months of waiting for 2 sets missing I was told they were on back order and they suggested I wait two more weeks for next shipment. I waited and after 3 months of my initial order I cancelled and asked to have my credit card refunded. It has been 5 months now and I still cannot get a refund to my credit card which was charged for all the items 5 months ago. They reply to me by saying they will refund my account. I keep checking my account every day and it it has not happended. They have had my money for the last 5 months I have have not had the product. There is no phone number to try to contact this company. The only way is through their customer service which guarantees customers satisfaction!
