Because hughes purchased direcway my download rates have changed between great (1,000 KBPS) to "worse than dial up" (6 KBPS).

Lately, technical assistance (a-1 hour journey each time) appears to show the only means to fix my issue would be to update my device. Honest enough - except that "Why do I've to endure shitty efficiency" for 6 moths before I'm informed the only real quality to my issue is the fact that I have to update?

Why did they not inform me this past year (/-) the device I'm having its likely to be "end-of-lifed" quickly. Alternatively, after shitty efficiency for six months, numerous calls to tech support team they allow something specialist inform me the only things to get guaranteed efficiency would be to update my device.

Bottom line is hughesnet administration hurts. The moment that every other highspeed support will come in my region I'll change. Verizon is approximately to provide DSL to my region. All I've to express is good-bye hughesnet - hello Verizon!
