Answered no emails Charged Instantly but never delivered nor will refund

I decided to risk buying from this company misled by the COMODO Authentic Site Label. I am starting to believe they faked that seal too.

I placed the order and my card got charged instantly, as well as the order showing the following message: " Order Accepted and Processing. Tracking Info Forthcoming.
Please note your order may have already shipped. Tracking Informaiton can take up to 48 hours to receive." I couldn't be happier at first, due to the speed at which things seemed to be processing.

However, as time started to run by, I contacted them with questions regarding how true the message initially given was. No response. I started to grow weary, as they sent no response of any kind. After a few more emails left unanswered, I realized that this couldn't possibly be a professional group I was dealing with. I asked them to update me on the status, to cancel the order, to refund me— none of which they did or even took the trouble of telling me anything.

Horrible company, avoid at all costs.
